Aroma Power Engineering & Automation Ltd. is thrilled to announce its interest in the Pabna Solar PV Park , a 60MW solar power project planned in Rajshahi, Bangladesh. This ambitious project, currently at the permitting stage, is being developed and fully owned by Bangladesh China Renewable Energy Co. Pvt Ltd. The company holds a 100% stake in the project.
The Pabna Solar PV Park, planned to be built over 205.7 acres, will be a ground-mounted solar project. Construction is expected to commence in 2024, with the commercial operation set to begin in 2025. As part of the project's agreement, the power generated will be sold to the Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), at a rate of $0.097 per kWh for 20 years.
